Shipping Policy

Once you have confirmed an order with us, we will send an email confirmation immediately when we receive the order. In this email we will include a description of the order, the personal data you have provided us and the order number.
We do our absolute best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we aim to ship your order within one week following confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer due to regular customs, please kindly understand the possible delay and patiently wait some time.

Spain-  Free when order is over 40€. (Canary Islands excluded) delivered within 2-3 days. For orders in Spain we use the standard ‘Correos’ service
European Union and Canary Islands -  10€  delivered within 7-15 days
Rest of the world- 25€

Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. 
These fees must be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Note during busy periods like Christmas that it may take a few extra days for your package to arrive due to high demand. Rest assure we will be trying to get you your Eugenia Camina products to you as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a return policy within 14 days of receiving.  Eugenia Camina will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and labels removed. To ensure that returned items we kindly ask you to pack the item in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with labels still attached.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our workshop, and the customer will incur the shipping cost as well as any damage or loss produced in the returning of the product.
Please make sure to notify us if you are returning an item by sending an email to including the following information: 

1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase 
2. Name on the order 
3. Email address on the order 
4. Reason for returning 
5. (If returned due to damage, defects, or incorrectness) please attach a picture of the damaged item.

After notifying your return request, we will make sure to notify you. We will inspect the returned item and initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
